Operator data

We store your name, email, quiz answers and the configuration of any site you launch. Your quiz answers are used to recommend a product and are visible only to you and to us.

Legal basis: performance of the contract with you (your account and membership) and our legitimate interest in operating and improving the service.

End customer data

Customers of your site give answers or a search query and an email address. That data belongs to your site and is visible only to you as the operator and to us as the processor. No other operator can see it.

Payments

Card details are handled by Stripe. We never see or store a card number. We store the status of a subscription and the amounts charged.

Legal basis: performance of the contract and our legal obligations under accounting law, which require us to keep transaction records for the statutory period (in Sweden, up to seven years).

Automated profiling

Your quiz answers are used to automatically rank the products and generate a recommendation and plan for you. This is profiling, but it has no legal or similarly significant effect on you and no decision about you is made solely by a machine. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in giving you a relevant recommendation. You can object at any time by emailing support@sidehustlers.me.

Age

The service is for adults only and you must be at least 18 to buy a membership. If we learn that a minor has created an account without a guardian's consent, we delete the account and all associated data.

Where data is processed

We use a small set of service providers: Stripe for payments, Supabase for database, authentication and storage, Resend for transactional email, and our edge hosting provider. Stripe, Supabase and Resend are all covered by the EU Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses for any transfer outside the EU/EEA, or by an adequacy decision. How long we keep data

Account and configuration data is kept while your account is active. Transaction records are kept for the period required by accounting law. Support emails are kept for up to 24 months. Deleting an operator account deletes the sites and customer records attached to it.

Cookies and storage

We only use strictly necessary browser storage — no advertising trackers or marketing pixels. Details are in the Cookie Policy.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data or its deletion at any time. You also have the right to correct, export, restrict or object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) or your local supervisory authority. We respond within 30 days.
